OHL ARCHITECTURE

Alexandre Ohl was born and raised in Colmar, then studied at the Strasbourg School of Architecture, graduating in 2014 with a Master's degree in Architecture.

After spending around ten years working for various architectural firms, including Lenys Concept in Colmar and AEA Architectes in Colmar and Strasbourg, as well as the design/project management firm Cibatherm in Colmar, he gained solid professional experience in architectural design, urban planning project management, and construction supervision. Alongside his agency work, he obtained the Habilitation à la Maîtrise d'oeuvre en son Nom Propre (HMONP) in 2020 and founded his own architectural firm in 2023.

Ohl Architecture's mission is to meet the needs of a variety of clients, ranging from individuals looking to build or renovate a single-family home, to associations requiring urban planning documentation, to businesses, commercial premises, or offices, to the hotel and restaurant industry, as well as industrial and agricultural sectors, not to mention projects in listed or heritage sites, many of which are located in Alsace.

The Ohl Architecture firm's guiding principle is to provide its clients with realistic projects within their allocated budget, while maintaining a focus on topics such as sustainable architecture, built heritage, particularly Alsatian heritage, project functionality, accessibility for people with disabilities, and the social context, where people remain paramount.

The OHL Architecture firm is equipped with IT equipment (computer, printer, etc.) to render projects in 2D or 3D, depending on your needs, using CAD software (mainly Archicad). The firm also has the necessary equipment to carry out surveys of existing premises requiring renovation. Travel by car or bicycle whenever possible to maintain an environmentally friendly approach. Professional insurance is subscribed to the Mutuelle des Architectes Français (French Architects' Mutual Insurance Fund). Although working alone as OHL Architecture,
