KLAIR ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

Since 2008, our agency has been working on public equipment, collective and individual housing projects, in new construction or rehabilitation, whether from private or public orders.

Our approach consists of approaching projects with simplicity and a critical spirit, without formal prejudices or aesthetic imperatives linked to different trends.

Our practice was formed on a solid base of experience acquired as a project manager within prestigious Parisian agencies, and throughout the exercise in our own name since 2007, around a taste for innovation as for creative research or for monitoring the construction site and studies.  

We also find ourselves in our architectural concerns: proposing prospective work and bringing a sensitive and unique dimension to each project.

Addressing the present, in issues linked to society and the environment, is the basis of our thinking and constitutes a major challenge for us. Sustainable development constitutes a key element around which “contextual” research is assembled, in order to identify simple and sustainable architectural and technical solutions.

This research process makes it possible to integrate ecological devices strongly linked to the site into the project, with a view to creating a lasting architecture, beyond a simple work of accumulation of technical solutions.
