Today's architecture is emerging in a new context, concerned with preserving the environment and the well-being of residents. We believe that this is a profound change in the act of building.

The composition of the team and its cohesion are a strength in achieving the success of your project; the experience of collective work being experienced by all the members of the team with which we work. The association of architects (design/construction), landscapers, BET structures, fluids, renewable energies, acoustics and kitchen designers with significant internal skills and experienced in all types of projects integrating an important environmental component makes it possible to offer an interpretation intelligent certifications (HQE, BREAM, LEED) allowing innovation in minimalist architectural writing, and constitutes a guarantee of quality in our proposal.  Listening and responsiveness will be a priority for us. Through the complementarity and proximity of our group, we will guarantee you a controlled construction approach, from the study phase to the delivery of your project, with a real concern for total control of the economics of the project.

Through our work, we wish to respond to the increasingly pressing need for reconciliation between the building and its environment. For us, this involves a significantly new way of building: integrating the long-term perspective, a fundamental concept of sustainable development.

AEE is architects with extensive experience, acquired in recent years in the daily practice of our profession within our agencies and in the past alongside renowned architects (Rudy Ricciotti, Chaix Morel, Taillibert international, etc.) . We have worked on villas as well as on major school projects, ERP, housing, service residences (LLS, LLTS, Foyers, Crèche, etc.) of which we master the codes and regulations. We are currently working on various public and private projects (SIG, SIKOA, Rectorate, private MO). We know technical and administrative project management, from its feasibility to its reception. Our professional careers have led us to work since the 2010s on HQE and Bream certified projects, we have also carried out positive energy projects.
