A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Montpellier, a graduate in construction economics, a graduate in the fields of real estate (property promotion and management) and former Chief Engineer of the Territorial Civil Service, Céline VOLFINGER founded a career rich in diverse experiences in all areas of architecture, construction and real estate since 1994.

After leading high-end projects in the Mediterranean basin, she had both a public and private career and worked on a large number of projects:

• decision support through opportunity and feasibility studies
• assistance with project management
• participation for offer calls for public or private project management
• construction of private, public, ERP buildings, etc.
• renovation and enhancement of ERP establishments
• renovation of properties, old buildings including essential energy expertise

She has expanded her areas of expertise over time in order to today offer transversal expertise, particularly on all renovation issues, with authorization for energy audits in individual homes and residential buildings.

Her personal touch: Céline VOLFINGER likes to use wood in her projects, whether it is an extension, an elevation, a development or a construction. She built a wooden frame passive house in a Mediterranean climate which received the Gold Label “Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings” in 2012.

She enjoys working on atypical and complex places, with the challenge of transforming them for a new use while respecting their history.
