MARION ANNE is available for new projects

AMADE is a small architectural agency founded in 2022 by Anne MARION, HMONP Architect.

Based in Dinan, its knowledge of the territory allows it to design projects that meet the needs of clients as well as the constraints of the different intervention sites.

Based on your ideas, wishes and your budget, she will support you through the different stages of a project, from the sketch to the monitoring of work, including the building permit and business consultation phases.

Working in both new construction and renovation, it also responds to requests linked to energy renovation and the specificities of local heritage (protected areas), by combining the old with contemporary architecture.

Accompanied by a team of competent craftsmen, the projects are carried out in detail of the finishes, respecting the budget and planning.

She can also operate in different geographical areas: Dinan and its surroundings (radius of around thirty kilometers), Dinard / Saint-Malo and the Emerald Coast, but also in Vitré  and its surroundings (radius of around thirty kilometers).

For public markets, the radius of intervention can extend to around a hundred kilometers around Dinan.

Its areas of intervention are varied: new house, extension, elevation, renovation, interior design for individuals, but also creation of offices or premises for businesses, upgrading and redevelopment of businesses (restaurants, small professional premises for local services, medical practices, etc.).

Several inspirations can appear in his projects: regional architecture with the use of local materials and their traditional implementation, Japanese architecture through the treatment of volumes and the relationship with the outside, nomadic and minimalist architecture through his life experiences (travel and study dissertation on the yurt in Mongolia, design and optimization of small spaces, etc.).

Anne MARION also teaches architecture in vocational high schools and at the trade faculty to share her knowledge and pass on her experience to future generations.
