STUDIO LEBON is available for new projects

Founded in 2023 by Aymeric Le Bon, STUDIO LE BON is an architecture and urban planning firm that advocates transcalar thinking in developing its projects. The studio focuses on three pillars to develop its projects: a search for quality uses, the diversification of housing typologies, and the use of ecological and sustainable materials.

With housing at the heart of its practice, the studio enthusiastically engages in the design and transformation of all forms and types of housing.

With over 10 years of experience working for internationally renowned firms such as LIN architectes urbanistes in Berlin, AUC, and Lambert Lénack Architectes Urbanistes, Aymeric Le Bon has acquired expertise in managing complex residential projects.

During these collaborations, he developed a solid understanding of strategic and operational urban planning and urban project management, while also being involved in the design and construction of housing and facilities delivered: Bagneux L5 (9,240 m² floor area, 148 affordable housing units spread over 4 buildings, full project management), Ivry 3J1 (5,540 m² floor area, 45 social housing units and 38 affordable housing units, full project management), Massy Migaux (2,800 m² floor area, 128 hotel rooms), and the urban and landscaping development of Porte de Vincennes (2 hectares of work delivered).

His role as project director has allowed him to develop a high level of rigor, a capacity for synthesis, and expertise in team coordination.

Currently, the studio is engaged in the development of several projects, including a set of 34 housing units for sale in La Courneuve in collaboration with the Septembre agency (competition won in 2023, building permit filed in RE2020), the design of two 300 m² individual houses in Montreuil (studies in progress), a psychiatric consultation office (delivered in 2024), in parallel with several apartment transformations in the Paris region.
