The architectural agency Clem+A architect, founded by Clémentine Amalric architect DE HMONP in 2014, aims to support project owners in the development of their private or professional projects, in the departments of Tarn and Haute-Garonne.

We can then support you and supervise the search for companies and craftsmen capable of carrying out the work specific to the project and ensure complete monitoring of the site: monitoring of the execution of the work, assistance with project modifications during the work (management of hazards during renovations in particular), financial monitoring of company invoicing, to close the site with acceptance of the work.

Our role as architect will also take into account the integration of applicable standards. We suggest that you directly summarize the exchanges with the various design offices which must necessarily be requested depending on the work envisaged: soil study office to study the feasibility of installing the foundations and the design of possible individual sanitation, thermal study office for the adaptation of the design to environmental standards, discussions with the Architects of Buildings of France when the project is located in a protected area, etc.
