ADFL ARCHITECTURE is an architectural limited liability company created in 2008, composed of Frédéric LEFEBVRE, DPLG architect, also acting as manager, Mouna OVELACQ, HMONP architect, collaborating architect, as well as a part-time administrative assistant

We are mainly local players, whose skills are recognized by our project owners, both public and private.

Our computer equipment (Autodesk Revit and Autocad software, Twinmotion) allows 3D renderings, more expressive for our project owners

Our architectural design is based on:

• Listening to the project owners in their program needs, which they will have previously defined, so that the project proposals are as relevant as possible. We emphasize, in the development of our projects, that they are above all established to meet the usage needs of the project owner or users, and not to satisfy some whim of the designer. And the user must feel good there, in their appropriation of the building as well as in their resentment of appropriation of spaces
• Integration with the site, essential to the environmental quality of the building, its exhibitions, its heritage values. Each project is unique, simply linked to its integration. We do not have a pre-established model
• The environmental quality of the project, whether for the building envelope (efficient insulation, the use of bio-sourced materials, management of solar protection), as well as the technique deployed there (efficient heating and air renewal systems)
• A contemporary and rational project design, where each element is in its place, as if obvious. This rationality of spaces and architectural treatments proves to be virtuous in terms of cost and maintenance, and therefore ensures better sustainability of buildings.
• Monitoring in the execution of the work, in order to ensure proper compliance with the requirements and rules of the art

The architect's missions are clearly defined on the order's website. But these missions adapt to the wishes of the project owners and the evolution of the project, leaving the project owners free to make their decisions.
