FABRICARE is available for new projects

Fabricaré was founded by Christophe Beraldin and Jorge Torres Martinez, with the ambition to reinvent architecture at the intersection of several disciplines, in a grounded and optimistic approach.

With diverse backgrounds between Spain, Italy, Mexico and France, our experiences enrich the workshop with an open and versatile vision, encompassing projects varied in terms of program and scale.

Our methodology is based on constant curiosity, nourished by exchanges with other experts, and a desire for innovation driven by controlled technical choices. This approach allows us to think about each project in depth, integrating the ecological, social, urban and functional issues specific to each territory.

Our workshop is actively engaged in sustainable construction, favoring ecological materials and local resources, for projects in symbiosis with their environment. We aim for an architecture that is both poetic and pragmatic, where every detail reflects a quest for balance between ecological impact and respect for local know-how.

Christophe Beraldin

​Christophe Beraldin obtained his DEA in 2014 at ENSA Nancy. During his Master's degree and following an ERASMUS exchange at the Scuola di Architettura di Firenze, Christophe collaborated with the Studiolada agency in Nancy.

​In 2016, he obtained his HMONP with the congratulations of the jury at ENSA Nancy on the theme of “Los arquitectos desplazados”.

​Subsequently, for more than three years, in Seville, he worked with the Vazquez Consuegra agency on different types of programs. He collaborates in particular on the development of the Caixa Forum cultural center in Seville and on the rehabilitation of the Bauhaus museum in Berlin.

​In France, Christophe Beraldin is collaborating with Mu architecture where he is developing a project of 34 housing units in Paris until the building is delivered in 2022.

Jorge Torres Martinez

​Jorge obtained his architectural diploma in 2014 at UNAM with a distinction for his thesis on participatory architecture as a strategy of resistance against the urban sprawl of the Mexico City metropolis.

His studies continued in Barcelona during an exchange year at the UPC and then he continued his training with a Master's degree at ENSA in Paris Belleville.

During this period, the theme of adaptability became central, both through a thesis on the transformation of office buildings into housing, as well as through his end-of-studies project where he worked on the reconversion of an industrial site into a public facility in Barcelona or with EUROPAN 14 where he was preselected and published with a project for the town of Aurillac entitled “A cours et à jardin”.

In France, he collaborates in particular with TAA in Toulouse, Mu Architecture and UAPS in Paris.
