Architect and Founder

A licensed architect with nearly 20 years of experience, Gertrud Kintzel founded her practice in Paris in 2020. Her international career, marked by collaborations with prestigious agencies in Munich, Rome, New York, London, and Paris, has allowed her to live in these cities and draw rich inspiration from them. This experience gives her a unique approach that combines local identity with a global perspective.

Architecture

Her practice is distinguished by a multidisciplinary approach and in-depth mastery of diverse architectural programs.

The studio functions like a laboratory, not only studying the perception of spaces, but also adopting a holistic approach, fueled by complex thinking and open debate. Her work intertwines with technology, science, and phenomenology, frequently blurring the lines between architecture and art.

Through her expertise and diversity, she aspires to make a significant contribution to contemporary architecture while studying and experimenting with the new consciousness that is about to emerge.

Interior Architecture and Scenography

Passionate about art and scenography, she created a practice dedicated to interior architecture: Scenography of Everyday Life, a poetic vision where space becomes a stage that is both functional and emotional, a staging of everyday life in every setting.

Her inspiration stems from the fascinating convergence of art, craftsmanship, design, architecture, scenography, theater, literature, music, and film. Each project thus becomes a living reflection of the soul of these interdependent disciplines.

Present in Milan and Paris, the studio is distinguished by the art of bespoke interior architecture, an expertise combining the refinement and elegance of French and Italian craftsmanship. She collaborates with teams of passionate and experienced artisans. Each brings their local expertise as well as their mastery of materials and techniques specific to each region, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.
