AAPHP 30 years ago in the Basque Country, where she grew up.

Over the years, she has developed a personal style that adapts the codes of traditional architecture to the vocabulary of modern architecture, with ease.

Listening to your needs, desires, and dreams is her priority, while respecting the budget you have set.

Revealing the spirit of the place will be the starting point of the project. Establishing a dialogue between the site and its architecture, taking into account views, orientations, and landscapes, is the key to successful architecture.

Playing with light by allowing ample sunlight and more intimate, more private spaces, such as bedrooms.

Working on interior/exterior connections

Then comes the choice of materials: they must be respectful of both people and the planet. Preference will be given to natural materials such as wood, stone, and terracotta. Earth and lime will be favored for coatings. Insulation will be bio-sourced: wood, hemp straw, wool, recycled fabrics, and cellulose wadding.

This could include repurposed materials.

All of this work will be carried out with due respect for proper proportions.
