HAWATA NAIM is available for new projects

Rich and diverse experiences, versatility, rigor, creativity and after more than 30 years in the service of various architectural firms, having demonstrated my know-how in terms of design, management and human supervision (project design, organization of site meetings and direct representative of project owners). Among these architects we can cite the Varennes agency in SAINT ETIENNE where I gained a lot of efficiency and know-how in the development from A to Z of collective housing operations (the largest is 105 housing units in Lyon) and many other agencies in which I evolved in environments that I like which allowed me to learn the common language to then forge my own style, the added value of my work lies in the mesh of these experiences acquired in these agencies.

It was in 2021 that I decided to set up my own business at RICAMARIE and Saint Victor / Loire.

For me, architecture is not only an artistic gesture but also a place and space for negotiation. The first consideration is to understand the client's needs and translate them spatially. I must stand out through demanding work without ever confining myself to a single aesthetic, resulting in a powerful and desirable appeal, a building that challenges the viewer.

Through my experience as an architect, I have learned that an architectural project involves knowing how to break down the basic steps from the most concrete to the most abstract and how to convey them, questioning the flow of information around us and the need to understand them, and then adopting an approach that connects the sensitive and rational, which support each other in an iterative, questioning, and reflective process.

To integrate into the context, not as a tool of seduction, as discretion, but as a question dear to the studio: to work with? Neither mimicry nor systematic rupture, but rather an encounter.

The concepts of light, space, and form are at the forefront of my organized architectural practice.

Always sensitive to the poetry of place, architecture makes time, movement, air, and light its materials, just like concrete, glass, wood, and steel.

From this interaction between static and dynamic forces, functional and unpretentious buildings emerge, which successfully reconcile the site with its history.
