The architecture studio LAYE PEREZ Architectes, based in Saint-Gaudens, is the fruit of the collaboration between Claude Laye, an architect with 30 years of experience, and Glynis Pérez, a young recent graduate.

An architect and urban planner based in Saint-Gaudens, Claude Laye developed his specialised knowledge and expertise working with local clients throughout the Comminges region, on renovation, restoration and new build projects ranging from private houses to buildings in the tertiary or industrial sectors, to contracts in the public sector. 

The studio has chosen to adopt an approach focused on local communities and sustainable design and construction, working with local entrepreneurs, and bringing together numerous proponents. 

For over two years, Claude Laye has been passing on his vast expertise to Glynis Pérez through the establishment of their new practice, LP Architectes. Offering a full range of building services, including restoration work, interior layout design, energy retrofits and more, the architecture studio seeks to stand out in both the private and public sectors, providing specific guidance adapted to the needs of each private client as well as the oversight of public works. They additionally offer consulting services for the purchase of a plot of land or house, as well as full-service assistance from building permits to construction management, for projects of any kind.
