RéflexeS Architecture is available for new projects

Architect Stéphanie Richard (DE HMONP) began her career in 2009 as a programme manager and project management assistant in the public sector. She acquired solid knowledge of the stakeholders and uses involved in projects of various scopes and as well as a mastery of project management in all its aspects.

With this specialised experience as well as 2 additional years working with an architecture firm specialised in multi-unit residential housing, in September 2019 Stéphanie Richard founded her business RéflexeS Architecture.

RéflexeS Architecture primarily works with private residential clients and projects for small buildings open to the public such as restaurants, boutiques and tertiary sector spaces, throughout the Occitania region. Stéphanie Richard offers her expertise and professionalism to her clients for classic construction, extension, restoration or interior design projects, but also enjoys innovating with atypical projects such as designing tiny houses, houseboats, micro-projects and custom furniture. The studio is particularly drawn to work on existing buildings, where it makes the most of each factor imposed by the context, as well as projects in restricted environments in which the architectural design must be astute and seek to optimise what’s available.

RéflexeS Architecture’s watchword? Developing each project in “co-construction” with the client. From the first contact up to delivery, the studio focuses on efficiently assisting the client with their project and continually acting as a catalyst for it: moving forward and progressing together, calmly, one step at a time, until your functional, aesthetic, technical, financial and time frame goals have been achieved.
